As a leader, Rick has compiled an amazing team of partners and seasoned industry experts, all of whom share a commitment to high-level service and attention to detail. Brad Dillon - Executive Vice President/Partner
Brad Dillon is uniquely talented at translating new ideas into services that deliver bottom-line results for our clients. With nearly 15 years of experience, his integrity and understanding of his clients’ needs and goals lead to strong, enduring relationships. He is a long-term thinker and planner who keeps the future in his field of vision for both our firm and our clients.
Brad constantly looks for additional value-add services to bring to his clients. Currently, he is focused on putting processes in place that keep his clients in compliance with the ever-changing ACA and ERISA regulations. His deep understanding of employer compliance issues surrounding their employee benefit plans, and the corresponding government fines for non-compliance, has led to the development of a comprehensive plan designed to keep his clients in compliance with the ACA and ERISA government regulations.
Prior to joining the insurance industry, Brad developed his expertise in contract negotiations while working in the sports and entertainment marketing industry. He was responsible for sponsorship negotiations on behalf of Fortune 500 companies around their marketing involvement with the NFL, MLB, NBA, NASCAR and PGA. The negotiation expertise he gained translates to his current clients today, who on average have experienced single-digit rate increases in their medical plans over the past 10 years.
Brad has a deep passion for his three daughters and the outdoors. When not focused on his clients’ needs, he can often be found coaching his twins’ soccer team, mountain biking, snowmobiling and hiking the Cascade Mountains, or enjoying a round of golf on a local course.
Melissa Deitrick - Senior Consultant and Partner
Melissa Deitrick brings 30 years of employee benefits experience, with many years working at insurance carriers and being on the consultant side of the industry. Melissa understands how insurance carriers operate, which allows her to give your staff a top-notch customer service experience. Melissa offers the wonderful ability to guide our clients and their employees with customer service, one-on-one enrollment counseling, and employee educational meetings. She maintains strong carrier relations for your firm, develops your proposal requests, negotiates with carriers, and provides you with detailed renewal analysis. Melissa prepares customized employee benefit guides designed to comply with ACA and ERISA rules, and she takes great pride in making your HR department’s job easier by helping your employees truly appreciate and understand their benefit plans and giving them peace of mind.
Deana Schroeder - Benefits Consultant
As a dedicated Benefits Consultant with extensive Program and Project Management experience, I am committed to educating and helping business owners attract and retain employees by delivering customized benefit solutions.
I work with local companies to enhance their benefits package, while reducing costs.

Nanette works to provide administrative organization and accounting services to the eBenefits team. She has been working in the Insurance Industry for over fifteen years. Prior to that, she served in a similar role at Sunshine Marketing Inc. When she is not in the office, Nanette enjoys spending time with her granddaughters, working in her garden, paddle boarding, and traveling with her good looking husband.
