Melissa prepares customized employee benefit guides designed to comply with ACA and ERISA rules, and she takes great pride in making your HR department’s job easier by helping your employees truly appreciate and understand their benefit plans and giving them peace of mind.

Nanette Stocks - Controller

Nanette works to provide administrative organization and accounting services to the eBenefits team. She has been working in the Insurance Industry for over fifteen years. Prior to that, she served in a similar role at Sunshine Marketing Inc. When she is not in the office, Nanette enjoys spending time with her granddaughters, working in her garden, paddle boarding, and traveling with her good looking husband.

Hugh Hendrickson - Benefits Consultant

  • Hugh brings more than 30 years of employee benefits experience offering clients his broad and in-depth knowledge that has given clients a new appreciation for a true benefits consultant. Hugh’s specific interests include the promotion of Health Savings Accounts, alternative funding arrangements, Reference-Based Pricing, and bringing new products to market.
  • Hugh has been instrumental in developing a robust market of level-funded, or partially self-funded alternatives for Washington employers.  He is keen on delivering better value to employers and employees alike, as well as enhanced support services for HR administration, enrollment, documentation, and compliance.
  • He served in multiple leadership roles with WAHU (Washington Association of Health Underwriters) as President, and that of two local health underwriters' chapters, public policy, and program chairs. Participation at conferences includes numerous local, regional and national, legislative and focused health insurance topics.  He has taught classes on group insurance design, underwriting and regulation.
  • Hugh’s hobbies include bicycle touring, a strong and active appreciation of classical music, and is a highly competitive tournament bridge player.
